Rapporteur Profile:
Liangjian Hu is a professor and Vice Dean of the College of Science, Donghua University. His main research interests are stochastic differential equations and their applications. He is the main lecturer of Mathematical Modeling, Mathematical Experimentation, Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, etc. He has edited and published 4 textbooks, including Matlab Mathematical Experimentation. He has presided over and completed two face projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and eight provincial and ministerial level research projects, and published more than 100 papers. Teaching Achievement Award of Shanghai Municipality, as the first finisher, he is the proposer of the 2014 National University Student Mathematical Modeling Competition, and has been awarded the honorary title of Sangma Education Award and Excellent Instructor of National University Student Mathematical Modeling.
Lecture Synopsis:
This lecture mainly introduces the practical experience of the Mathematics and Statistics Department of Donghua University in the teaching reform and teaching materials construction of engineering mathematics courses over the years, especially the idea, process and content of writing the two teaching materials Matlab Mathematics Experiment and Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics edited by the reporter and the practice of application.
