Chen Yunwen, graduated from the Computer Department of Fudan University in 2008; founder, Chairman and CEO of Daguan Data Co., Ltd. Doctor of Fudan University, computer technology expert, China May 4th Youth Medal, winner of Shanghai Young Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Award, top ten pioneers of Shanghai youth science and technology entrepreneurship. He is a member of the International Computer Society (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), a senior member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), an expert and a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Pudong, Shanghai. He has participated in many international data mining competitions and won the title of Intelligent RPA Combat. He once served as chief data officer of Shanda Literature, senior director of Tencent Literature, and core technology R & D engineer of Baidu. He has rich research and engineering experience in machine learning, natural language processing, search recommendation and other fields, and was selected as a member of the 6th CPPCC. He has rich research achievements in the field of artificial intelligence, and has published dozens of high-level scientific research papers in international top academic journals and conferences such as IEEETransactions and SIGKDD.

Introduction: This lecture focuses on text mining and explains its application in core scenarios such as intelligent customer service.
