At the beginning of the competition, President Rowling gave an opening speech. She first introduced the five judges of the competition, Shen Guozeng, Liu Lili and Gao Yong, who were experienced in teaching and loved by the students. As well as Zhan Xiaolin and Fu Xi, who won the second prize in the Shanghai Young Teachers Teaching Competition. In his speech, president Luo said that that young teacher should promote learning, teach and reform through competition, and enhance their education and teaching ability through the competition, so as to better fulfill the fundamental task of Lideshu people.

Subsequently, the teaching competition officially kicked off. The participating teachers are young teachers who are under the age of 40 and are engaged in education and teaching. They carefully prepared before the competition and carefully designed the teaching program, which fully reflected the high attention and active participation to the competition, but also demonstrated the serious teaching attitude and good spirit of the young teachers. In the course of the competition, the participating teachers showed their style and gave full play to their best level, presenting a wonderful teaching feast for the judges and the audience.

After the professional, serious and fair evaluation of the judges, the teaching competition will eventually produce 1 first prize, 2 second prize and 5 third prize. The Academy will hold an award ceremony on a selected day to commend and encourage the award-winning teachers. At the same time, the college also hopes that the award-winning teachers will continue to exert their advantages in the school and the Shanghai Young Teacher Teaching Competition, achieve better results, and further improve their teaching ability.
