In this warm and breezy March, the bustle of the New Year fades away and we usher in a brand new season. Letting go of the busyness and disturbance of the past, we welcome the new season of spring with a new heart and expectation. In order to help students find their own peace and beauty in the midst of their busy study life, the Psychological Peer Center of the School of Mathematics,Physics and Statistics elaborately planned a unique and creative handcraft activity.

On March 13, the second floor of the cafeteria in Nanxi Court was bustling with activity. A clay handmade creative activity with the theme of tulips was in full swing here. Students took the clay in their hands and molded their own tulips. Every petal and every leaf was a manifestation of the desire and expectation for a better life.

During the activity, everyone was immersed in the world of handicraft, forgetting the passage of time. Tulips, a flower full of romance and passion, took on a new life in the hands of the students, every detail was carefully carved, every petal seemed to have a life, some tulips were delicate, some were subtle and introverted, different colors of tulips also represented different meanings, but no matter which style, it showed the students' love of life and pursuit of beauty.

The successful implementation of this activity not only helped students master the skills of handmade, but also provided a rare opportunity for them to stop and feel every detail of life, discover the beauty hidden in everyday life, and obtain a spiritual baptism and sublimation.
