On the afternoon of March 13, the College held a meeting to promote the employment and job service work of the 2024 graduates, which focused on the key difficulties in the employment of graduates.

Qiu Lu, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch and Vice Dean, made an in-depth analysis of the current employment situation of our undergraduate and senior graduates, and put forward the strategy on how to seek solutions in the face of challenges. She also emphasized that in the current employment situation it is important to understand the market demand in a more detailed way and take multiple measures to provide students with more accurate career guidance.

Heads of majors and counselor teachers made a detailed report on the current employment situation of graduating students of various majors. Through sharing data and cases, the participants discussed around how to help graduates find accurate employment and put forward a series of practical measures and suggestions.

She pointed out that since the high-quality talent cultivation is the fundamental task of our college we should always pay attention to the growth and development of students and understand their needs and confusion.
